While we do host a few group trips that fall under this threshold, $5,000 is the minimum spend for custom curated trips. This ensures we can provide the level of luxury, service, and personalization our clients expect.
4. Do you charge a planning fee?
Yes. To begin crafting your custom itinerary, we charge a non-refundable planning fee:
$99 for individual and couple bookings
$200 for group bookings (4 or more travelers)
This fee covers our time, expertise, and initial research, and is due before we begin designing your trip.
5. Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes, we offer in-house financing for qualified clients. You can travel now and pay over time, with flexible monthly payments. For most of our trips, you can make a small deposit and pay the balance closer to the date of your departure. Ask us about current financing options during your consultation.
6. Do you work with groups and special events?
Yes! We specialize in group travel, including multi-generational trips, destination celebrations, corporate retreats, and milestone events. Let us handle the logistics while you enjoy the journey.
7. I already booked my trip online—can you help me now?
Unfortunately, we are only able to assist with bookings made directly through Evan Mason Travel. If you’ve booked independently or through an online site, we’re unable to provide support, upgrades, or concierge services related to that trip.
8. Do you price match online deals?
